Welcome to our new support portal. We hope you like it and find what you need. Here we will explain Best4Mage support and how to get in touch with us. Our support team is based in the The Netherlands and we aim to get back to you within 24 hours (mostly sooner), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Technical support for existing customers
If you are an existing Best4Mage customer and have a support request about a product you have bought please submit a ticket in your customer panel. Please login with the same details as you provided on your purchase, we then have all order details in the ticket and are able to help you faster. Please be as complete as possible whit your problem description and if possible provide example link and access details to your website.
If you have bought the extension at Magento Marketplace then firts register at our site and create a support ticket in the customer account.
As of the 1st of August 2018 we will be closing our old support portal. Unitill then old tickets can bereached through here. New tickets must be created in our new support portal.
